Spiritual Gestalt Defined:

Spiritual Gestalt is the marriage of gestalt/wholeness with spirituality and results in whole-self empowerment.

Spiritual Gestalt is the melding of traditional gestalt therapy techniques with a broad-based intuitive approach to living. Based on the gestalt theory that an organism is whole and complete at birth, and is then systematically taught to disown large portions of the self, Spiritual Gestalt is a holistic view of beingness.

Spiritual Gestalt is concerned with body, mind, and spirit alignment as the empowerment principle for whole (gestalt) and balanced living. When one is fully aligned with the authentic self, one is empowered and is most willing and likely to achieve self-fulfillment.

Gestalt means whole. The whole is greater than the sum of the parts. It is the addition of synergy that takes place when integrity is intact. Think of layers of anything: an onion; stacks of welded sheet metal; the cumulative effect of all your experiences to date. The resultant whole is more.

Humans are more themselves when they are whole. Integrity intact, makes for a much more authentic/whole/gestalt beingness. Integrity is strength in this definition. And integrity is strength in every definition. Adding the spirituality element to human alignment adds a depth of strength that only occurs in authentic wholeness. When the once disowned portions of the self are addressed and reclaimed, the whole is greater for the experience of integration. This is Spiritual Gestalt. This is empowerment. This is the whole/gestalt. This is profound source potential.

The marriage of gestalt with spirituality results in whole self empowerment.
